What are workshops/open houses? They are conducted at the churches or conference centers where the customers can meet the vendors to collect information, pick up references, and ask questions. There is a charge to the vendors to buy a table. This pays the church (donation) or conference center (invoice) and covers the cost for promotional items and setting up.
